Hi, I want to install the terminal server windows 7. Earlier I was using the citrix server in my windows laptop. Can someone help me with information about how to install it in my windows computer?
Terminal server on windows 7 is called the remote desktop service.
First, open up the windows explorer search option. It can be found in the start menu ( click on the windows key on your keyboard). Try to find the remote desktop service application. If you cannot find it, install it using a windows CD.
When it’s installed, go to the security tab in control panel of your computer. There, click on remote desktop and click on the option saying “Allow Connections”
Then, select the option which will let all computers access the connection, regardless of which version of remote desktop they’re using.
