How to install bold 9000 driver? I am just frustrated that there is always an error when I am trying to install it in my mobile phone. Well I think it is not compatible with my blackberry phone. It says installation unsuccessful. I hope you can help me.

Follow these instructions to install BlackBerry Bold 9000 version 6 driver software on desktop manager.
1- Download the driver to your computer for easy transferring on your mobile.
2- Open OS installer of BlackBerry then click on ’install Blackberry Desktop Software.’’
3- Install program window and let the installation run.
4- Click on ‘’finish’’ when installation complete.
5- Use a mini USB to connect your phone to your computer. Once you connected click on ‘’OK’’ in the installation screen and during this process you cannot use your phone about 30 to 45 minutes.
First of all, what is your computer’s operating system? One obvious reason why the installation fails is because your computer’s software and your blackberry’s driver. If you have an XP but when you connect your phone via USB and it doesn’t detect it as blackberry phone, try to reset your phone and the computer and uninstall/reinstall your cellphone’s software.
IF you have Vista, check your device manager to see what happens when you try to install the driver. In the device manager, look for ports and it will list down all the devices connected to your USB ports. Look for “rim virtual serial port” and select that to install the driver. If there are still missing drivers that are needed, install them using the same technique and it should resolve your problem.
