Hi. The steps to uninstall Citrix web plugin Windows 8require you to first open the control panel by clicking on start, settings and then control panel. Then select the option to add or remove programs or programs and features. Next, from the programs which appear, select the Citrix online plug-in web and then remove the app. The plug in will automatically get removed from the computer. After the uninstall is done, reboot the computer and restart it. To install back the plug-in, click on settings from the main page and then select the option to run the client detection from settings. Next, agree to the terms of Citrix and click on install. After the download is complete, select continue.
Then, double-click on the downloaded file to start using it. The exe file of Citrix plug-in needs to be clicked on twice after which a security warning will appear on the screen. Start the installation by clicking on the run and then after the installation is done, click on OK. Then, towards the end, establish a connection to the CloudDesk by clicking on it twice.
