An error 619:A is caused by invalid credentials when your Internet connection is trying to authenticate to the network.

This uses a connector, and or through dial-up connection by the use of DSL connectivity. When a network tries to authenticate but the username and password is incorrect, then this error comes-up.

Other possibility issue with this error is a problem with physical connection, thru CAT5 cord and Network adapter for your LAN connection.

Solution to this issue is to have a valid username and password for your ISP, thru PPPOE connections.

You may need to open the dialer/broadband connection, then enter the valid username and password.

If this doesn't resolve, then check CAT5 cord from modem to your computer. LAN should be enabled and has updated driver installed.

Hello Hamman,

According to Microsoft, this error occurs if your Pc has any third Party programs and they are not releasing any winsock stack after any type of internet activity. To resolve this problem, carefully follow the steps below:

1. Click start and open command prompt. For Windows Xp type cmd in run and for Windows 7 type just type cmd in the search box.

2. Type “netsh winsock reset”( remove these “) in the command prompt and press enter.

3. After this a writing will be displayed as ” Successfully reset the winsock catalog”. After it is displayed restart your pc.

4. Now got to start > control panel > Windows firewall and then click Turn “windows firewall on or off” and then turn it off.

5. You should be sure that the COM ports are used by the dialer. To check this right click on My computer and go to properties > device manager. Then check ports (COM & LPT).

6. After this restart our computer again to let it set up.

After this I assure you that you will not face any similar problem.

Thank you.
