Hope you are fine. Don’t worry. I think I can give you a solution.
If you want to enable URL Filter you have to go to at the bottom of the Services.
Then advanced Proxy.
Then select Enable URL Filter.
Go to the Services.
URL Filter for more settings.
URL Filter permits three categories of Internet access. These are
Filtered access,
Unrestricted access and
No access (banned).
One very important matter is that whitelist can be accessed by banning IP addresses. Enable “Allow banned clients”. It will be helpful for users requiring access some websites.
