OCX and ActiveX won't work on Firefox. You can only use OCS on Internet Explorer. This is because ActiveX is only available on Windows OS and not with Linux or Mac. Also, the integration on Windows becomes a target for malicious software. You can use Firefox Plugins instead or extensions instead. SO if you visit a site that requires ActiveX or OCX, click Help on top of tha page and then Report Broken Web Site and Submit Report to let Firefox know about your issue.

If you are having a problem with the ocx file in firefox, then it is important to note that you should never download an ocx file, or any dll file that may be having issues and then attempt copying it to a system directory.
Despite what the error message says, the file name that may be having issues may be different. For instance, the file may be then flash10h.ocx or flash9a.ocx. Therefore the Flash Player 10 has got a flash.ocx filename that is a bit different compared to Flash Player 9. In the event that you copy the wrong file over or try altering the file names, issues may occur.
