How to get old msn chat history back?

Hello experts,

How to get old msn chat history back? I need to retrieve some specific chat history in msn messenger, but how will I do that? Is there a way to recover those data I have to get some important information from the specific day?

Give me some advice Thank you.

How to get old msn chat history back?

When you first launched MSN messenger you should have chosen to save all of your conversations and if you remember it asked you to choose the destination folder where these files will be saved. Though by default the destination is My Documents > My Received Files you'll find the accounts used in there together with their conversation histories.

How to get old msn chat history back?

Hello Kyle, 

In order to get old MSN chat history, you need to go to the tools menu then select options after that you have to hit the "messages". In the messages tab, press the checkbox next to "Automatically keep a history of my conversations". That will be able to save all the conversation in msn from the time you did this steps. Hope this information  helps.
