How to get a free download for transparent rain icon? This is just for cool and customized icons for my computer. How to get a free download for transparent rain icon?

You can get a free transparent rain icon along with other weather icons in https://findicons.com/icon/67202/gnome_weather_snow?id=406326. They got a tons of icons that is related to rain. For downloading the icon you just have to click on ICO text located on the top of every icons for the weather. There is no need for installation you just have to right click on the shortcut or item that you wan to change, click properties on the shortcut tab click Change Icon, search on the icon and select it and click ok.
