You can go get LogMeIn. It's a free program that you can use to access your computer with your mobile phone. You need to create an account on their website to be able to download the program. Although, you want a program that can access your computer using a Bluetooth. True, you can transfer files from your phone to your computer, but to access and work on your computer, I would suggest a different method.
