How to get a firmware lcd 32 lg 3000?

You can get your firmware, LCD 32 LG 3000, from this link. I currently have firmware version 3.42.1 on my set, and this is this the latest version. Is there any way I can get this version for myself and put it on a memory stick?

According to LG website, It's a 32" HD ready LCD TV with free view and HDMI 1.3 deep color/3X HDMI with 15000:1 dynamic contrast ratio.
