I need the 3gp video reader so that I will be able to play the video files which having the extension of .3gp.  Does anyone know the procedure for installing of 3gp video reader along with the URL from where I will be able to download it? Thanks

First, if you want to keep your videos to .3gp format, you should view this link and download the app:

This will enable you to keep your videos to .3gp format and watch them with the app.

Second, you can use one of many converters, which will change the .3gp file in any other file type which later you can play on any player.
