I have installed partition on my Acer laptop of 160 GB hard drive. The C partition is almost full. Now I need to extension partition. Please teach me a way of extending partition to another drive.

I guess this is not possible if the partition has a Windows on it. But you can try RAID. You will just convert the disk to a Dynamic Disk and then expand the volume through the disk. Just simply press on the Windows symbol on the keyboard plus X to launch the power user menu up and then press G to launch the Computer Management. On the Disks Management window, you will see a window similar to this:
Right-click on the Disk 0 and then click Convert to Dynamic Disk…While on the process of converting the disk, select the second disk also. And when done with the process, right-click on the volume where your Windows is and then choose to extend the volume and then add the next disk.
Click the Next button and then hit Finish.
