First, you'll have to narrow down what IT related business are you going to set up.
There's a lot of genre out there in the market. You can go for websites focusing on social networking, e-commerce, or software and website development. Each of this major genre has its own sub genres.

Now, once you've decided on the genre of business that you'd want to take part in, you can begin enhancing your technical skills.
