I need back ground information on canopus? And the reflective disk capture with the help of canopus? Is there any video guide to help us through?

You've not mention what is Canopus ? Is it a software company or product based company.

But I hope you're asking about Canopus Cameras. Canopus company was established in 1959.

They're generally produce cameras & video editing software.

There are many types of Canopus cameras but if you're using handy camera then Mini DV tape or DV Disc (reflective disk)

is use to capture.

How effective results show from disk capture by canopus?

I am giving the idea of Canopus in a short.

• Canopus is the superior device which provides 3Dfx cards.
• It is cheaper and easier to use.
• More effective than other video.
• It uses dual processors :Altera DSP and Phillips Bridge.
• You can hook up your DV camcorder to the digital and composite or S-Video inputs on the card, and optionally run another analog cable to a TV monitor.
• Then load Raptor Navi and mark the beginning and end points of each portion of the DV tape you want. when thumbnail is added to the list,
• save the batch and open it in Raptor Video.

Hello ma'am, here is a short introduction about the Canopus.

Canopus is a device that is used to convert different types of videos. It also provides high quality images.

It may also be used for backup videos. This device contain different features, like video playing, video converting, high quality images, e.t.c.
