How to edit a picture in formatted size?

Hello experts,

How to edit a picture in formatted size? I mean formatted size which is already ready for rendering like jpeg, png, gif, or other file format that is compatible with the software being used to make a successful formatting size. I hope you can give me some ways on how to get this done.

How to edit a picture in formatted size?

Editing pictures in any format will require you to have the software specifically made for this purpose. One of the most used is Paint, use this if you're only doing simple editing, assuming you are using Windows OS just right click the image choose Open with and then choose Paint. A more advanced editing software is Photoshop, this application has a lot more features for more detailed editing, you will have to download and install it from here:
