How to download thumbnails key seven flv?

Also a download that is compatible with my current operating system which is windows 7 32 bit.

Of course to be safe and to prevent error in the future.

The following is the procedure you will use:

• Download and then install a media player application that can support for FLV video files. Also install K-Lite Codec pack from CodecGuide.com.
• After that click "Start," "All Programs," "Accessories" and "Notepad." Windows Notepad opens.
• And then type the following code into Notepad:

REGEDIT 4

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.flvShellEx{BB2E617C-0920-11d1-9A0B-00C04FC2D6C1}]

@="{c5a40261-cd64-4ccf-84cb-c394da41d590}"

• After that click "File," then "Save."
• Enter "FLV_Thumbnails.reg" in the "Save As" field, then click "Save." Close Notepad.
• Locate folder where you saved the "FLV_Thumbnails.reg" file, and then double-click the file, then click "Yes" when asked to confirm the changes to the Windows Registry.
• After that open Windows Explorer,  and then a folder containing FLV video files.
• The thumbnail images for the video files should now be visible in Windows Explorer.
