How to download a reader PDF offline android? I just got my new mobile phone with an android operating system. I just want to know if there is a way to download PDF reader that can read the PDF files even if I am not internet connected? I hope you can help me.

Install the free Adobe Reader mobile application from here.

This will work with a variety of PDF files on your phone or Android tablet. And of course you won't be needing internet connection just to run this app.
