How do I upgrade Avaya IP 1100?

We have the Avaya IP 1100 Series Deskphone with USB peripheral support and Bluetooth audio gateway in the office.  How do I upgrade the 1100 series via TFTP or UFTP.  Please help.  Thanks in advance.
