Hello. I have a Dell XPS 17 laptop that has an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, 1 GB Video card and Windows 7 Home Edition. How do I create an image of Windows 7 Home Basic for USB for recovery purposes? Thanks in advance.
How to create an image of Windows 7 Home Basic for USB?
Hi Donna. You can convert your recovery backup in ISO image or disc image, and after that you can compress it .Rar file or zip file to save some space on your USB. Just copy then paste it to your USB flash drive. You can search on search engines like Google for some tutorials on how making your recovery file be converted to ISO file. Just make sure that your USB flash drive has a large space capacity. I hope this helps.
