How Do I Uninstall AVG Protection?

I want to remove AVG software from my PC since it is acting abnormal for quite some time. It has now become difficult to handle this. Any suggestion on how do I uninstall AVG protection?

How Do I Uninstall AVG Protection?

The uninstallation process can be done in the following ways: A. From the Control Panel

1) Go to the Control Panel by searching for it in the search bar.

2) Select Programs and Features under the Programs.

3) Choose AVG from the list of programs that appears.

4) Click on Uninstall and follow the prompts until uninstallation is complete.

5) Restart the computer.

B. Using AVG remover tool

If the above technique for removing AVG fails, use the method below:

1) Download the AVG Remover tool from the following link: 

http://files-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe

2) Accept the terms and conditions and click on Continue.

3) Select the services you would like to uninstall.

4) Restart the computer to finish uninstallation.
