How do I setup Juniper Networks setup client Mac?

Hi!

I managed to download Juniper networks setup client Mac from the internet but I have not been able to set it up. Every time that I try to set it up I get an error saying 'a problem was encountered while trying to launch your application. Contact your system administrator'. What could this problem be? Thanks for your prompt response.

Hello Jason H Henderson,

The problem that i can understand from your post is that you are logged in as a user on the compute and not as administrator. So there are two ways to solve this problem one is to log out for now and login as administrator the second thing is go to the folder you kept the program and right click on the program icon and select " Run as administrator" and your program will work fine. 

If you are running on a network then make sure that you have permissions to install new software on your computer. Also check the software compatibility and make sure you have a valid copy of the software you want to install.
