Hello guys! I am running Windows 7 as the Operating System on my Lenovo laptop. I want to format a section of my hard drive without re-installing Windows. Is it possible?Â
Follow the steps mentioned below to format the hard disk on your computer:
• Backup your data
• Tap the Start Button on the bottom right corner.
• Go to the Control panel.
• Click on System and Security > Administrative Tools
• Click on Computer Management and type the password if asked.
• Click on Disk Management < Storage on the left panel.
• Choose the disk you want to format, right click on it, and then click on Format.
• Follow the prompts that appear.
