Hello there.  I want to change and customize my desktop background wallpaper.  I have already downloaded Oceans changes background w7.  How do I put the file on my system?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Thank you so much.

How do I put Oceans changes background w7 in my system?

Hi Stella T Finley,

It is very easy to set a wallpaper on your desktop. Click right button on your desktop. Just try to understand these screenshots-

 

At first click right mouse on your downloaded ocean picture

and select "Set as Desktop Background"

Another way is: 

select Personalize

Just select any theme which one you want to set if you want to change your theme. 

If you want to change only Desktop back ground then 

 

Select the picture you want and click "OK"
