How do I create seamless wire frame textures?

Hi.  I'm trying to create a seamless wireframe object in 3D and 2D.  How do I make seamless wire frame textures or is there a program for this?  I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

There are several software available in market who helps you to create seamless wire textures. I am mentioning here one of the famous that I come across and that Mock Flow.
