How do I check bandwidth 3com router?

Hi guys.  How do I check bandwidth 3com router and do I need a software for this?  I have a wired 3com 3013 router that has a firewall protection and VPN support.  My desktop is on Windows XP and I would like to monitor internet usage.

Thank you so much for your question. Actually you can use do this by various software.

But, i think the following software is one of the best one.

Soft perfect bandwidth manager

First of all download the software and install it.

Then you will find some options to limit the use of the bandwidth.

There is a user manual too which facilitate the user.

How do I check bandwidth 3com router?

Hello Sherry ,

There is a wide range of software available that can serve your purpose. Moreover you can check your bandwidth of your router in various online bandwidth meters. If you want to use software for bandwidth monitor then I suggest you to use “DUMeter”. This software has many useful features for monitoring bandwidth.

After downloading when you install the software we will find a dual arrow (up and down arrow) icon on your taskbar. Maximize by clicking there and adjust the configuration.

Hi Sherry Khall,

 

There are many software you can use to monitor your bandwidth. If your using multiple connections such as wireless phone, laptop most likely the only one who can monitor your accurate bandwidth is your ISP(Internet Service Provider) But if your only using One PC you can monitor it while your using it.
