How to do adobe Photoshop shine effect?

Hi TechyV friends and pals!

 

I have a photo that I want to add lighting and shine effects using my Adobe Photoshop CS5. But when I try It, it seems that I am struggling doing such things like that. So here is my question, How to do with adobe photoshop shine effect? Any comments and solution will be nice and would be accepted. Thanks.

How to do adobe Photoshop shine effect?

You have a lot of tutorials on the internet for making shining and lighting effects in CS5. Also there a lot of techniques and tool who will help you to get the result you want. Also you may look at this tutorial and go step by step with it.
