How to detect the last access date in Microsoft office?

Hello,

I got so much paper works to do and I just want to know and be informed if there are ways to detect the last time you access in Microsoft office?

If there are some way,

Help me guys to perform it.

How to detect the last access date in Microsoft office?

There is a way and it's very easy. 

All you have to do is right click on the file and select properties. 

It will show you details such as the last access last modified and the date you created the file.

It works for all types of Microsoft office files.

How to detect the last access date in Microsoft office?

No you cannot find when you last access Microsoft Office.

Of course you can find when was the individual file was modified by checking its properties other than that there is no other way to find out when did you access office last time.

You really need this option you’ll need to separate third party document management software which will cost you money or you can use some kind of a time tracking system.
