Hello Archer,

If I am not mistaken you're looking for some support in building a web browser than can set a time-schedule to the user's browsing experience. 

Firstly, I would suggest that you get a feel of what kind of functionalities you want to embed in your application by checking out already existing applications like BrowserControl.

Secondly, watch and learn how to create the various parts of your application like the timer, the browser, etc.
