How to create tables and forms in MS Access?

I've been trying to make an Interface using MS Access but my boss always told me not to make directly on tables, forms and reports. Is there other technique or steps on how to do at first in making an Interface?

How to create tables and forms in MS Access?

How to create tables and forms in MS Access?

Thanks for your quick reply on my queries. At present, we are still using MS Access 2003, but I am so thankful for your advice. Through this, I have a knowledge on how to do it at first. Thanks a lot.
