How To Create An Event Registration Form Template Word 2007?

Follow the steps to Create the Form in Word 2007.

1) Open a Word Document.

2) Enable the Developer Tab.

a. Click on the File Menu and Select “Word Options.”

b. Select the “Popular” Tab, and mark a tick on the “Show Developer Tab” option.

3) After that, select the “Design Mode” in the Developer Menu.

4) Create the Form using Rich Text and Plain Text where you want to accept the Values from the User.

5) Now, click on the File menu, and in the “Save As” Dialog Box, choose “Microsoft Template.”
