I formatted my computer and change my operating system to windows 7 32 bit. I just want to know if it is compatible with any converters. And I want to ask about how to convert text pdf to cbr?
There are a number of programs that can help you with this and are compatible with windows 7.
Try a program called pdftoppm. It is good and easy to convert.
ImageMagick’s also works though not as easily as pdftoppm. It needs ghost script installed for it to work.
Another way is using caliber. It is however slower to install and configure.
You could also check the QuickPDF library that has reference manuals for their products and a support group. This can be accessed via the link below:

For your program to view the CBR files, if there is no “print” option that you can use, you might want to make use of PDF creator to produce PDF files. This program will act the same like a virtual printer, documents that you choose to print using the virtual printer will make PDF or image file when you choose to print it using the program.
For CBR files you can also rename it to .RAR archives, after renaming, the winrar can read it and you can extract the file inside and read it. The file inside might be JPGs or PNGs.
