I know all about the converting infopath 2003.For infopath 2010, I heard that the meeting agenda requires code for adding and deleting an optional section if I want to really maintain. How can I successfully convert a meeting agenda on infopath 2010?

How to convert a meeting agenda on infopath 2010?

Hello

To really convert the infopath 2003 form template to infopath 2010. You must change it's form type from nfopath 2003 filler form to infopath filler form 2010. After you done this save the from template to disk as a new filler elsewhere to keep your infopath 2003 template intact, because you will need old one to match the functionality or compare and the (JScript) code while converting the functionality of the form template.

"For Meeting Agenda form template is concerned this (JScript) java code does perform the below.

Set the dates to the current date when loading the form. Switch to the Minutes View when loading the form and if the meeting end date lies in the past. renumber the agenda item's whenever a new repeating section is added. Send an email containing the form in the body of email to a list of recipients with a subject taken from one the friends on the form" After performing all these functions your infopath will be fine

I have analyzed your important question. You can create meeting-agenda in Microsoft Office – infopath-2010 by using a marvelous template.

After downloading Meeting Agenda unzip the file to your infopath directory. You must accept all terms and conditions before installing the template “Meeting Agenda”. This form template is very suitable for  infopath 2010.

To utilize the charisma of this template you need to right click on form template. Then choose Design.

Then it is need to be saved. Then you can publish it.
