How to convert photos(image format: . jpeg, .gif, .png) to pdf document and how to re size and combine multiple photos/images in single pdf by using photoshop?
PDF is a certified file format. Any kinds of documents, photos etc.(except videos) can be converted into PDF document. You should use PDF converter software such as DoPDF, NovaPDF etc. Using any of these converters, you can make photos into PDF file.
But if you want to resize, you have to resize the photos before converting because these converters can't resize photos. You can use these software to resize photos: Picture Resize Starter, PhotoRazor, Microsoft Office Picture Manager etc.

This is the best idea to re size your images before convert. You can use Microsoft Office Picture Manager, Paint, PhotoRazor etc and crop or re size your image as you wish.

Once you have all “image” pdf files, you will combine all of them into a unit pdf. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro program and follow these steps: Open one file first > File > Document > Insert Page… (Shift + Ctrl + D) > choose From File… (Shift + Ctrl + I) and locate the other files
