Hello experts,

How to convert html file to chm topic icon? I just want to know if there are ways to convert an .html file to .chm file format. I don’t know all the possible available licensed converter nowadays. I hope you can give me a secure software, I won’t compromise the safety of my computer. I am using windows XP. Thank you.

First you need to find the software name Chm Processor. This one is open source. So no need to pay (Word / HTML to Chm Converter). It's a tool to generate a compiled help (CHM) and Java Help files from MS Word or HTML. It splits the document on different topic pages by the "Titles" sections. It can also generate a website, PDF and XPS with help content.

How to convert html file to chm topic icon?

You need a converter for such a purpose. As you want to convert your file format this will also affect the file system and only one file will be created form html pages. So if you want best result then you need a decompile for the .html file and you will be able to do the thing you want but if you need a single file to be created as .chm then you can use the .chm converter.
