How to connect Oracle database with Oracle Developer?

Dear, I have designed a database using Oracle 9i. Now I want to design user interface for the database using the oracle developer. But I don’t know the connection process of oracle database and oracle developer. Please help me.

How to connect Oracle database with Oracle Developer?

The Oracle developer has enhanced the use of the Oracle database in that it has improved the use of the Oracle database. Making it easy to mine data, migrate and even to administrate the database. It has also enhanced the use of the database in that navigation is now much easier compared to earlier on when it was pretty hard. It is also possible to tune the advisor on using the developer. Exporting and importing of data using the developer is also pretty easy now. The developer is completely flexible enabling the use of the Oracle database easy in that it has simplified database management. You can easily download and install the Oracle developer now that you know the relationship it has with the database.
