How to combine PDF files in illustrator?

I have many PDF file and wanted to consolidate all of it.

How am I going to combine all PDF files using illustrator?

How to combine PDF files in illustrator?

Hi,

Yes you can combine all of your files its very simple. You have to do this with your Adobe Acrobat.

There are many ways to approach it. Open Adobe Acrobat  and all file in it. Starting page like be * 1 in series, Press on pages tab.There will you see a thumbnail. Make active 2ND page of series.

Allow the 1St page to stay open in his own window so you can see it. open in 2ND document pages tab and drag thumbnail to the 1St one pages tab. When u look down in the 1St document now you will see both pages thumbnail in it.

So how many PDF you wanted to add repeat the same process.

I am also giving a URL for a video tutorial how to do it.

How to combine PDF files in illustrator?

Hi Kristi,

If you want to use Illustrator to combine your two PDF files, just place them into one page document, then export to a new pdf.

You can also use Adobe Acrobat Pro to combine as many PDF files as you want. Open one file first > File > Document > Insert Page… (Shift + Ctrl + D) > choose From File…(Shift + Ctrl + I) and locate the other files > click on Select button > in Insert Page window pop-up, choose location for the insert file, and choose page to insert > then save your new PDF file
