How to Clean Registry with Vb6 Applications?

Good Day Experts!

Do you know how to clean registry with VB6 applications? Is there really an application in VB which can clean the registry? Can anyone please help me? What are the things that I need to consider before cleaning the registry? Can you provide a sample code which can clean the registry by removing all the VB6 DLL files? If you have an existing sample application, then please share with us. If you are using third party softwares, do you know where to find a free application? It would be very helpful if you can share your expertise and knowledge.
