How to clean a printhead with different methods?

I have not been using my printer for a long time. I think there is a clogging in print heads or the cartridge is empty. This has decrease the print quality. How to clean a printhead?

How to clean a printhead with different methods?

 If you are not using your printer for a long time then there can be a clogging in print heads or the cartridge gets empty. This can decrease the print quality.

Method 1-

Step 1: Select Printers after opening the Control Panel.

         

 

Step 2: Click on Properties after right clicking on printer.

Step 3: Decide which tab you want to clean.

Step 4: After cleaning the nozzle, run the printer cleaning program.

Method 2-

Step 1: Find the location of the print head.

Step 2: Remove the cartridge and dip a swap in hot water and rub it on print head.

Step 3: Run the printer cleaning program.
