How to check spelling and grammar in Word 2010.

We use Microsoft Word to make our documents for business purpose and projects. When it is official we want them to be error free and also to have a correct grammar.

Method 1- Checking it manually.

Step 1: Identify red and green underlines.

Step 2: To see suggestions, right click on them.

Step 3: Choose the correct word.

Step 4: You can learn the correct punctuation using this.

Method 2- Using Spell check

Step 1: Open the Word document.

Step 2: Click Spelling and grammar.

Step 3: You will get pop-up box with options for corrections.

Step 4: Choose the right word and click OK.
