Hello, I have a protected with Kaspersky. I have thoroughly scanned my PC for viruses but found none. Suddenly my word gets stuck and PC restarts. Why?
Usually, Windows suddenly restarts because of a system failure or of an internal error. If you experience this on your computer, try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton SystemWorks, PC Tools Performance Toolkit, or Norton Utilities.
If this restarting problem usually happens every time you open and use Microsoft Word or any other Microsoft Office applications, try uninstalling this package and then install it back to fix any corrupted files in the installation and to restore its settings back to default including those settings that you might have customized.
