How to change letterheads or customize?

Hi, I’m having trouble LN 6.5’s letterhead. I have done the easy step making agents . My problem is sending e-mails with these agents, default letterheads are used “pencil and grid”. Could anyone help me resolve this issue so I am able to change letterheads with custom ones? I thank you for investing your time.

How to change letterheads or customize?

Adding customized letterhead to a mail template in Lotus Notes is a task for experienced developer. You should be familiar with the Designer client. Customizing your letterhead is done by adding the desired logo to the image resources of the organization mail template. Please note that only the employees of the organization who have access to the mail template are the ones who are able to see the customized letterhead. When an email is sent to outside the organization with the letterhead, a generic letterhead will be placed.
