How to change jpg to publisher (.pub)?

I have a file in a .jpg format and need to convert it into .pub file format. How can I change jpg to publisher format? Please help me about this, I need this for my project that I am working right now. I know this is a lot but can you give me some links for a tutorial or maybe a software that would help me to do this? Thank you experts.

How to change jpg to publisher (.pub)?

I think there is no converter for this kind of file, jpeg to pub. But I will give you some hints on how to make your jpeg format into pub format using Microsoft 2007.

1). Open a Microsoft publisher, select blank page, select the size, and then click “create”.

2.) On the Menu Bar of your Publisher click “Insert”, select picture, then from file, then insert.

3.) Fix the picture of your working area, then click “file” , select “save”, save as a publisher file.
