How can set up an auto reply in MS-Outlook

Hello Friends,

I receive e-mails from a sender that shows the no-reply email address and sender name.

Yet, whenever I reply to the email, it voluntarily uses their client’s email address.

I figured that an auto reply through the use of a Rule and Alert will send back the email to the original sender, not to the client. I would like to set up an auto reply that sends to the client.

Will a "run a script" fix that issue or is there any other way to resolve it?

If “Run a Script” will fix it, how do I run a script?

Thank you.

Hi Jaycepierce,

If you are using Microsoft Outlook 2007 then you don't have to write any script to auto reply any mail.

Here is solution to auto reply email.

1- Get an email template from Microsoft server and save it. Its extension is (*. oft).

2- Go to  Rules and Alerts dialog box, create New Rule.

3- Select condition(s)  you want to check.

4- Click Yes to rule applied to every message you received.

5- Select reply using specific template that you have created .

6- Finish by providing Name to rule.

Edward.
