How can I put Krishna pencil scratch images as desktop image?

I use a lenovo laptop running on i7 2.7 GHz with Windows 7 trial version installed as OS.  I can't seem to resize and edit jpeg images so I can use it as my desktop image.  It says unauthorized.  Is there any way I can make my Krishna pencil scratch images as my wallpaper?

Hello,

If you are making jpg image as your desktop background, Well it'll be there as long as your internet is connected. If the internet is disconnected then, You won't be able to see that image. Now its really simple to download the image or copy it from the web pages. Now here are few steps by doing it you'll have your choice image on your computer's folder.

Right click on the image–you'll see few option –select save Image as –click on it, Now it will ask you for the location or folder. simply select the location or make a new folder. There are at least one software is pre installed with windows OS 7 . Open the Image through Image viewer and start editing
