How can I properly download preview text file?

Hello Experts,

How can I properly download preview text file? When I need to get some text file from my email address that send by my friend there is always an error occurred saying unable to open file. Can you give me some way to download it successfully in my computer with an operating system of windows 7 starter?

How can I properly download preview text file?

I will help you to resolve your problem. Viewing downloaded txt files from Internet is very easy. You can download it and open it with Notepad or WordPad or Microsoft office. Or you can preview the text files in the browser with Google Docs. It’s safe and easy.
