How can I limit internet access time?

I want to download some latest song folder from  the web. But I am afraid that folder might be VIRUS attracted. Can you please tell me How can I scan website folders? I generally use AVG anti-virus program on my PC. Is it enough for my security or I will have to scan more.

Please explain me in detail.

Hello Martin,

                        First of all you're using AVG Antivirus, an antivirus won't scan online folders and websites, i short it won't give you online protection, it will only scan your offline files. Therefore I would recommend you to download AVG Internet Security in order to stay protected online and scan online folders, once you download and install it, the software will warn you if the website or the online folders are virus affected. You can download a trial version here-

I think that is everyone is concerned about downloading. But the main solution to that is to use a anti-virus it can help you to protect your computer from viruses. You can use different anti-virus like
