My chat recording is not working . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the chat monitor. Before reinstalling , I have installed all critical updates like windows updates . But the problem remains the same . How can I fix recording problem for admin chat monitor? Please help me anyone .

Dear Garcia Martines,

To fix the recording problem for the admin chat monitor, you can use a good fixer program for problems and issues found in OS. I am recommending to you the Advanced Vista Optimizer which has included a complete section for such problems.

Note: its name may include Vista but it can be used with another operating system.

Another method is by applying System Restore to the latest point when your program worked fine and had no problems.
