How can I fix this 1603 error about my iPhone?

I just plugged in my iPhone on my laptop and then after syncing it, my phone just quit working. If I turn it on, it keeps on restarting by itself and my laptop won't let me get rid of that error message, it keeps on popping out.

Hi there,

You can bypass this error. You got to download a program its called iReb. Once you download it run the program on your laptop ; then select the iPhone you are using and follow the instructions. That the iReb will show you what to do and what to press, just follow it. That will help you restore your iTunes setting.

You can learn to use iReb from many YouTube videos, so just watch few videos there and you'll understand how to use it. This is the software most of the people are using to solve these kind of iTunes errors. Once you download and start using it that'll make it really easy for you to get rid of this error.
