I have an IPhone 3G with OS 2.1, when I tried to update it for ITunes, I tried to Sync (Synchronize) my IPhone with PC but Unknown Error Occurred saying; The iPhone “Marcs iPhone” cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13014). Can anyone have suggestions for this matter? It appears that the sync process is getting hung up. Have anyone any idea on what to do to remove this error? I have tried to restore process with no luck.

How can i do synchronisation on my IPhone?
This is a common problem among the apple community after updating their iTunes. A possible solution to this problem which was posted on the apple site was to first unplug your iPhone from your computer, then to reboot both your computer and your iPhone. After rebooting both your phone and your computer, reattach your iPhone to your computer and sync your iPhone, the error message should not appear anymore.
You must take note also that it is recommended that the version of your iTunes on your computer should be the same or higher than the version of your iTunes on your phone.
