How to avoid Xilisoft status red issue

I am having the Xilisoft Video Converter Software. When I try to convert the .avi file to .wmv it successfully completes but the output file seems to be in 0 KB. I also tried to convert it into MPG4, but I get a red exclamation point in the status column and nothing happens, Seems like no conversion takes place.

How to avoid this Xilisoft status red issue.

How to avoid Xilisoft status red issue

"Hello, Baker Gonzales!

Xilisoft software is a very good video converter.

But you encounter a problem when you try to convert a video from the file extension .avi to .wmv. The problem happens because your converter that the video code of .avi and .wmv is the same in Xilisoft converter. For this video card problem, you will not be able to convert the file.

Try with the other converter something like ImTOO or Format Factory.

Hope you will be able to isolate the problem."
